We are the only real estate school that is a member of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, Saint Cloud Chamber of Commerce and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®.

Positive Edge Real Estate Academy was founded in 2019. We are locally owned and operated by our Founder and CEO, Paul Kevin Kersey II. Kevin has been an active REALTOR® since 2014 and an active, licensed real estate instructor since 2018. All our instructors are required to hold an active and current Florida broker’s license and to be currently practicing real estate in Florida in addition to holding a Florida real estate instructor permit or license from the DBPR.
