Positive Edge Real Estate Academy is locally owned and operated in Saint Cloud, Florida. We maintain small class sizes (maximum of 15 students) per class to ensure individualized assistance is provided to each student. Our founder and CEO was a teacher within the public school system for 12 years prior to opening Positive Edge Real Estate Academy in 2019. Our team of instructors are seasoned, active REALTORS® and Brokers within Florida who can provide real life examples from previous real estate transactions. Our classes are interactive with a mixture of group activities, role play scenarios, whole group instruction and independent think time. We are the only real estate school that is a member of the Kissimmee/Osceola County Chamber of Commerce, Saint Cloud Chamber of Commerce and the Osceola County Association of REALTORS®.

Our instructors make sure you understand the content
We keep our class sizes small (around 15 people) so we can ensure each student gets the one on one help they need. We believe that helping you through the certification process is the best way to build a professional relationship with our students. There’s four main steps in the Florida certification process and we’re here to help you through all of them!
01.
Pre-License Education
The first step in your journey is to register for and attend the state-required 63-hour Pre-License class with a school permitted by the Florida Real Estate Commission.
02.
Fingerprints & Application
Next, you’ll need to have your fingerprints scanned by a state-approved vendor for your background check. Once you’ve done this, you’ll also need to complete the license application (RE-1) on MyFloridaLicense.com and pay the application fee.
03.
Schedule & Pass State Exam
After the state has approved your application and you’ve passed the pre-license class, you’ll receive an email from the state’s testing vendor, PearsonVue, to schedule your state exam.
04.
Interview & Select a Brokerage
Now that all the pre-license stuff is done now is the time to interview brokerages and find the best place to hand your license to begin your real estate career!
